State Driver’s License Requirements for DREAMers

The American Immigration Lawyers Association compiled a nice chart of state driver’s license requirements to assist DREAMers who have obtained a grant of Deferred Action.  For those in Virginia, the DMV has already stated it will grant driver’s licenses to those granted deferred action (See my previous post).  Click on this link: Drivers License Chart

Bloomberg Poll Shows Obama’s Deferred Action for DREAMer Policy Favored 2 to 1

A Bloomberg poll released today reports that 64 percent of likely voters surveyed after Obama’s June 15 announcement granting deferred action to individuals who entered the United States undocumented at a young age said they agreed with this policy, while 30 percent said they disagreed. Independents backed the decision by better than a two-to-one margin.
